Oscar
When Oscar first came to BARK he had a chain tied around his neck and waist like a make-shift harness. He cowered whenever anyone approached or tried to pet him. He was a victim of abuse, looking at Oscar today you would never know. Oscar is sweet and very affectionate, medium energy level. He gets along with other dogs and would make a great ranch dog or family pet. |
Gracie
Gracie came to us by means of owner surrender. While her loving owners did not want to give her up they were hit with unforseen circumstances. Gracie was raised with several other dogs who were all older than her. She has a love for people and just wants to cuddle an love you. |
Tank
Tank was brought in by the Sheriffs Office due to a unique situation. Tank is energetic boy that just wants attention and to play. He has been in a home with other dogs and done well. Tank also came from a home with small children. |
Tex
Tex was brought in by his owner / foster mom. She has had him since he was young to help him find his forever home. But time passed and he was never re-homed and she she thought we would do a better job of finding him a forever home. Tex is a gentle giant! While he’s a little talkative, it’s just his way of saying “Love Me!” “PetMe!” |
Mia
Mia and her daughter Dot were found under an abandoned house. They both had to be caught and were very scared of people. With a little love Mia has been breaking out of her shell. She is fantastic with other dogs and has a playful personality. |
Boss
Boss’ owner has had him since the day he was born, growing up together, it was hard for her to let him go. His owner was moved into an assisted living facility, where dogs were not allowed. Boss is definitely a house guy, he is very well mannered and house trained. Boss is friendly to other calm older lady dogs, and very friendly to people. He may need a few days to warm up, but he is worth it. |
